Church In The Park 2025: What You Need To Know

Church in the Park 2025 will be held on Sunday, June 8, and promises to be just as wonderful as last year! The event will start at 10 a.m. at Heindl Memorial Field.

This year’s speakers will be Captain Brianne K. Spooner (DuBois Salvation Army), Pastor Ricky Allen (Bethany Covenant Church), and Pastor Brett M. Dinger (DuBois Lakeside Church).

While there has been some concern about the forecasted weather, the CITP committee believes the covering over the stands will provide adequate shelter if it rains.

Will There Be A Children’s Program?

Unfortunately, there will be no children’s program presented. As this event evolves, we will work to continuously increase and create value to the united worship experience. Would you like to help? Contact us here with your expressed interest.

Will There Be Transportation Provided?

At this time, there is no organized transportation service provided for Church in the Park. While we know that many would love to attend but may not have a means to get there, we pray that as CITP evolves, a shuttle service will one day become an option. This is a great place for area transportation services to volunteer their time. Interested? Contact us here.

I Currently Do Not Attend Church, Can I Still Come?

Absolutely! Church in the Park is open to everyone, regardless of whether you currently attend church or not. We’d love for you to join us, experience the community, and enjoy the uplifting message. Everyone is welcome! It’s a great chance to get to know the churches in the area! Would you like to speak to one of the Pastors? Join Us for Church in the Park June 9: A Day of Unity and Fellowship

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s “Church in the Park” event, taking place at 10 a.m. on June 9th, 2024, at Heindl Memorial Field in Dubois, Pa. This special gathering is organized by a dedicated leadership committee of pastors from DuBois Alliance Church, Treasure Lake Church, Bethany Covenant Church, and Life Community Church.  Preparations are underway and are going well! Please keep this event in your prayers.

Let’s come together to celebrate our shared faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and encourage, enhance, and empower a sense of togetherness in the strong church community we have in Dubois. The day promises to be filled with inspiring worship, heartfelt messages, and the joy of fellowship.

We are praying for a fantastic turnout and encourage everyone to bring their friends and family. Refreshments will be provided.

Let’s unite in spirit and purpose and strengthen our community bonds. For it is written in Ephesians 4:3-6“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism;  one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.”

See you there!
